What started as a weekend experiment on a rainy Saturday in July 2019 has today grown into India’s first and only Ultra HNI business mastermind community—10croreclub. Founded with a vision to bring serious entrepreneurs together, 10croreclub was born out of a real need in the Indian startup ecosystem: a place where revenue—not just ideas—is the common ground.
The idea emerged while meeting over 8–10 startups a day through our investment platform, Lionslair. We soon realized that while many founders were driven, they weren’t ready for funding. What they needed first was mentorship, guidance, and most importantly, a revenue-focused mindset. That’s when we envisioned a mastermind community, inspired by Napoleon Hill’s concept in Think and Grow Rich—a space where founders at similar or aspirational revenue levels come together to share business intelligence, mentor one another, and scale, ethically and sustainably.
